August at The Attic Experience – Well, This Could Get Messy…

August has arrived, the sun is occasionally making an appearance, clothes are becoming increasingly optional, and once again we appear to have completely forgotten how to organise a quiet month at The Attic.

So, if your August plans currently consist of sitting in the garden complaining that it’s either too hot, too cold or raining, we may have some slightly more interesting alternatives…

We kicked things off on Monday 3rd August with TV & Admirers Extended Hours, giving everyone a little extra time to dress up, show off, socialise and wonder how it suddenly got so late.

Then on Friday 7th August, The Kink Night returned. Leather, latex, restraint and probably at least one person looking at a piece of equipment and asking, “Oooh… what does THAT do?”

After all that excitement, Saturday 8th August brought us a good old-fashioned Standard Club Night — although anyone who's spent a Saturday night at The Attic knows our definition of standard can be slightly different to everyone else's. But August is only just getting warmed up…

Saturday 15th August – Cops N Robbers

ATTENTION! THIS IS THE FUN POLICE.

On Saturday 15th August, The Attic becomes a den of criminal activity for our Cops N Robbers Party.

Police officers, prisoners, detectives, villains, handcuffs…

Basically everything you'd normally try to avoid on a Saturday night is actively encouraged.

Dress-up isn't compulsory, but it's definitely more fun when you get involved.

And remember:

You have the right to remain silent…

Although knowing our customers, there's absolutely no chance of that happening.

Sunday 23rd August – Cumfest

Just when you thought it was safe to have a quiet Sunday…

Nope.

Cumfest arrives at The Attic from 7pm until midnight.

We're not even going to attempt to make the name sound sophisticated.

It's called Cumfest.

You can probably work out the general direction of travel from there.

Saturday 29th August – Beach Party

Apparently Derby isn't famous for its tropical beaches.

We checked.

So we're bringing the beach to Derby instead.

Our Beach Party lands on Saturday 29th August with BBQ, Ball Pool, Raffle and Good Vibes.

Dig out the Hawaiian shirts, shorts, beachwear and anything else that screams:

“I booked Ibiza but somehow ended up in DE24.”

Just summer vibes, Attic-style.

And hopefully a ridiculous number of brilliant memories. Whether you're a familiar face or thinking about walking through our doors for the first time, come along, relax, meet some amazing people and have a laugh.
